Job Description Summary

This is a second shift position.
Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine analysis on quality problems identified within the manufacturing process

  • Resolve problems through application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.

  • Establish and execute project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract

  • Ensure customer quality requirements, Feedback of Experience (FOE) / Lessons Learned are considered when analyzing proposed changes to improve a process.

  • Develop new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations

  • Work together with cross-functional teams to solve quality problems in the production process.

  • Deliver products as part of a team

  • Perform analytical activities and maintain quality metrics related to production quality

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering (Mechanical,  Industrial, or Electrical)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality

Desired Characteristics:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality and minimum of 4 years in Manufacturing.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams

  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

  • Effective problem identification and solution skills

  • Proven analytical and organizational ability​

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
