Job Description
Your Team
The Sales Lead supports the onsite sales team and demonstrates a strong passion for creating exceptional new homes, neighborhoods, and communities, while upholding the company’s commitment to delivering the best places to call home.
The Sales Lead contributes to all onsite sales efforts within designated areas. This role focuses on fostering an outstanding customer experience, guiding customers through the entire journey—from entering the sales process to moving into their new home. Responsibilities include tasks such as customer follow-up, managing customer engagement platforms, gathering and sharing customer insights with the sales team, and overseeing systems that enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the Sales Lead collaborates with the construction and sales teams to coordinate meetings, walkthroughs, and closings with customers.
This individual works effectively with and provides exceptional service to both internal and external customers, facilitating open communication and teamwork. They foster collaboration by sharing information, encouraging input from team members, partners, and customers, and building consensus to achieve shared goals. The Sales Lead actively participates in team discussions, offering thoughtful feedback and solutions to drive success.
Your Key Deliverables
Lead customer relations from the first entry into the model to contract and close. They will lead the full customer communication process from sale to close, including all weekly updates and follow-up tasks.
Assist sales team with home tours, customer greeting and customer follow-up.
Accurately describe product information, features and value.
Manage reporting systems both internally and in the Developer platforms.
Work with IT on any field issues for your area. Also, manage all new onsite setups for new hires. Planning for models and any IT changes with the IT department.
Assist Area Sales Manager in pre-panels utilizing consumer insight.
Provides regular updates to customers during their construction journey.
Assist with online sales duties as needed.
Assist Area Sales Manager and Marketing with MLS listings and photography.
Assist sales team with appraisals, as needed.
Manage gathering and compiling competitor’s pricing information.
Responsible for all model maintenance and upkeep.
Greet customers and introduce them to the communities within your area. The ability to walk a customer through the vision of the home and speak knowledgeably about floorplans, how Brookfield builds and why a customer should trust Brookfield to build their home.
Accompany customers on New Home Orientations and other meetings, as needed.
Realtor relations – support the sales team with Realtor outreach and events
Attend all sales meetings and trainings
Must Haves
Strong organizational skills to assist with meeting scheduling and overall coordination
Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
3+ years’ experience in the real estate industry
Strong relationship and interpersonal skills required
Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS; experience with Sales Force or other CRM platforms is a plus.
Strong verbal and written business communication skills a must.
Proven ability to generate trust and confidence.
