This Position reports to:
IS CEX Infrastructur& Network MonitoringThe Senior Network Monitoring Specialist delivers holistic monitoring capabilities with operational statuses gathered, focusing on maximizing consumer experience and productivity. The goal to be achieved by designing and implementing Network Monitoring and collaborating with teams in putting Automation solutions. Enable proactive and efficient monitoring, alerting of complex network infrastructure. Collaborates with Domain Connectivity to configure and implement relevant metrics.
A key resource on good technical knowledge on networks, who contributes their expertise to enhance organizational effectiveness and support the organization’s vision and strategic direction.Good understanding of ThousandEyes diagnostic tool.
Expertise in IT Network domain (L2, L3, Firewall, VPN, Wi-fi, Routing Protocols, TCP, UDP etc.).
Understand various network security components such as firewall, access control, and VPNs
Good knowledge of various kinds of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, SDWAN(Cisco Viptela), Firewall, VPN, etc,)
Knowledge of Enterprise Wi-fi and Cisco ISE appliance related to authentications.
