Job Title: Dangerous Goods Manager & Radiation Protection Officer (RPO/RSO)
Position Summary
The Dangerous Goods & Radiation Protection Officer (RPO/RSO) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s dangerous goods and radiation safety programs across global logistics operations. This role ensures full regulatory compliance for the transport, handling, and temporary storage of hazardous materials, including radiopharmaceuticals, within a 3PL and time-critical courier environment.
The position serves as the internal subject-matter expert, supporting daily operations, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance across air, ground, and international shipments. The role is critical to maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient movement of clinical trial materials, commercial pharmaceuticals, and radioactive shipments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,000 per year to $95,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
