Channel Sales Manager, Mini Chiller (Open)

What you will do

  • This person will join Distribution, Rest of Asia team based in Thailand.
  • Will take ownership for Min-Chillers/Airside Products’ sales reporting into the Regional Director of Light commercial Business.
  • Main scope includes supporting on sales, doing technical selection, training of channel partners, and off-site technical support on equipment.
  • The role would be an independent leadership role and have the capacity to expand into a Country Manager role with extend team upon business results.

How will you do it:

  • Sales, penetrating industry, with products selling focus on Mini-Chillers, HVAC products and Fan coil units
  • Provide timely quotations and present value-added solutions to meet customer/appointed JC dealers requirement
  • To follow up with factory about delivery schedule, technical clarification, and documentation
  • Technical selection and spec in
  • Supporting ah-doc projects may be vital and as assigned by business unit
  • Meet goals with profitability to ensure effective and profitable revenue stream
  • Work to put JC HVAC products group into customers’ approved vendor list
  • Keep direct supervisor and regional team advised on market conditions, competition
  • Work closely with the regional controls team for factory updates and new product launch

What are we looking for

  • Diploma with more than 5 years of direct related experience in HVAC or DX systems preferred
  • Possess good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Possess good communication and strong social skills
  • Good organization and planning skills

  • Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.

  • Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions.
