The Opportunity:
 

The position requires working collaboratively with government personnel to provide support to various tasks throughout the Performance Assessment department in NSWC Corona. Primarily escorting uncleared visitors onboard NSWC Corona and it’s meeting spaces and assisting with space optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our customer with escorting of uncleared personnel in cleared spaces.

  • Identify ways to increase process efficiency and provide optimization recommendations to the customer.

  • Prior to events, plan, setup, operationally test, verify, coordinate, and support meetings and events, and prepare the space/equipment for the next meeting/event.

  • Assist the department with scheduling, user support and daily operations.

  • Support the daily operations of the Performance Assessment department.


Qualifications:

Required: 

- Must be a U.S. Citizen

- Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

  • Must have one year experience providing customer service support. 

  • Secret clearance required to start.

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required.

  • Basic computer knowledge required

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing


Desired:

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Understanding of Video Teleconferencing equipment and operation

  • Understanding of Microsoft Software to include SharePoint and Power BI

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
 

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$22.59
