What you will do

To increase our presence & market share in Spain, there is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative within our Controls Products Business in Europe. The Sales Representative will be responsible for the development and execution of the customer strategy and the required sales activities with dedicated, commercial leadership for several well-stablished customer accounts that will be assigned, as well as sourcing and creating new customer accounts. The Sales Representative will be focused on growing relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction while driving maximum revenue growth.

How you will do it

As a sales representative, you will have the ability to make decisions and effectively manage assigned key accounts as well as increase customer numbers and sales. You will excel in a commercial environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and driving multiple sales activities, relying on your excellent planning, organization and sales skills. A key part of the role is mapping the customer network, understanding their unique challenges and context, their entire organization and defining a customized plan of accounts. You will lead and develop relationships. The successful candidate will excel at transitioning from price to solutions and value discussions and will know how to partner with other team members to achieve desirable results.

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Business, or the building technology area is beneficial.
  • Understanding of value propositions, and how you can add to the customer’s needs and address them.
  • Clear and measurable technical/sales background demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated background in large, complex, matrix organizations.
  • Effective communicator both internally and externally.
  • Ability to build, negotiate and close long cycle sales.
  • Strong team player
