Ensure the supply to production cells and coordinate batches for them. Control in the warehouse areas to have adequate material inventories. Analyze and plan physical locations for storage of materials. Compliance and analysis of data to support material areas.

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and implement that materials are placed in the indicated cells, ensure supply. Tracks and keeps track of established material deliveries.
Liaison between production control, supply and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain inventories at the correct indicator, coordinate material shortages, ensure efficient distributions within the warehouse.
Manages warehouse and production cell logistics to ensure materials are in the most efficient locations for proper distribution and on-time delivery.
Eliminate waste through cell capacity analysis.
Identify and implement improvements in material flows, logistics, warehouse inventories, etc.
Coordinate the movement of special materials, complying with the handling requirements of these materials.
Assists in making necessary adjustments to meet balances in the E1 and BDS system.
Reports any inconsistencies in current or different batches of materials to those involved for immediate correction

SCOPE & IMPACT:
Primary objective to maintain inventory levels in a timely manner to meet internal customer demands. Position responsible for ensuring that production is met by the correct supply and on time. Support for the fulfillment of the production of the established units during each month.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or Engineering, Management or related field.
With 3-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years in supervisory/leadership positions or equivalent.
Travel requirements : 0%
Knowledge of ERP systems
English Proficient intermediate

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Masters Degree in Administration
Knowledge of system E1, Wodcs

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 -2 direct reports, 90+ indirect reports

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Brief description of the daily basis environment of the job
