Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Create and distribute communications and marketing materials for various stakeholders
Create email, text and social media messaging to support units across the campus community
Admissions - prospective students, parents/families, school counselors through Slate CRM
Advancement & Alumni Relations - prospective donors - alums and friends - through Raiser’s Edge
Communications - general campus community
Create yearly communication plan for the Enrollment Division
Update Guilford website with a focus on the admission web pages and provide support for a larger, ongoing improvement website project
Create strategy, oversight, and execution of campus-wide social media
Assist the Admission and Communication & Marketing departments to track and analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives in order to improve communication flows
Prepare regular reports on marketing trends for the Chief Communications Officer, Chief Enrollment Officer and Senior Director of Philanthropy
Work closely on communications with Director of Enrollment Information during peak recruitment cycle
Work closely with the Admission team to coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure a cohesive approach
Collaborate with other departments, such as Financial Aid, Academic and Student Affairs, Athletics, etc., to support campus communications and marketing initiatives
Serve on the College’s Communications Council
Other duties as assigned
