Position Overview:

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for driving pricing strategy implementation & key inventory and revenue analysis for a regionally-based subset of the World Cup venues, collaborating with department leadership to inform and shape our pricing and revenue optimization strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Pricing & Inventory Management

    • Manage the implementation and tracking of dynamic pricing & inventory strategies across a regionally-defined subset of World Cup venues

    • Identify key trends within products, venues & matches to inform adjustments to pricing strategies

    • Collaborate with full pricing team to consolidate insights across regions, venues & products to inform program-level pricing & inventory management strategies

    • Identify market-level opportunities for revenue enhancement through upsell, cross-selling, and premium offerings such as VIP experiences and corporate hospitality packages.

  • Inventory Management:

    • Partner with regional ticket operations leadership to maintain a master inventory tracking system to optimize inventory strategy across sales channels across a regionally defined subset of venues – aligning with pricing team to create uniform tracking and management across the organization

    • Develop and maintain a mastery of our internal workflow processes and inventory management system, including data analytics models and overall reporting cadences.

  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Partner with strategy & analytics team to develop and maintain a range of dashboards, forecasting tools & business processes to ensure understanding of trends, alignment on approach and visibility into pricing and product status

  • Risk Management and Compliance:

    • Track market activity across other platforms to proactively identify and flag potential pricing-related risks, such as ticket scalping, counterfeit sales, and price gouging.

    • Ensure compliance with FIFA regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards related to pricing, ticketing, and consumer protection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field

  • Proficiency in data analysis and data manipulation

  • Adaptable, dynamic approach – with the ability to blend art & science to adapt to changing market conditions

  • Strong interpersonal skills – a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written and presentation skills

  • Strong ability to identify & explain trends in data

  • Experience with pricing and/or ticketing analysis preferred

  • Experience in an analytical role preferred

  • Experience using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker (or similar) preferred

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$75,000 annually
