About the Role

主要职责：

1、 配合产品的内外部培训和推动，策划、组织各类活动；

2、 友邦银保价值主张的推动及活动组织；

3、 渠道关系的开拓和维护；

4、 客户需求洞察及高客陪谈。

招聘要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，保险、金融或财经等相关专业背景优先；

2、 三年以上同业银保渠道培训、业务推动、销售管理等相关经验；

3、 有较强的业务敏感度、情商高。
