作为销售专员 - 渠道销售,您将负责通用电气医疗系统在指定区域或产品线的渠道销售业务,通过与合作伙伴紧密协作,达成销售目标并拓展市场份额。
岗位职责
* 制定并执行区域或产品线的渠道销售策略,确保销售目标的达成。
* 识别、评估并发展新的渠道合作伙伴,扩大销售网络。
* 维护现有渠道伙伴关系,提供销售支持和培训,确保其销售能力和积极性。
* 需要较强的客户的覆盖能力,了解市场需求、竞争动态和销售进展,及时调整销售策略。
* 协同市场团队,制定并实施渠道营销活动,提升产品知名度和市场渗透率。
* 监控渠道销售业绩,分析销售数据,识别问题并提出改进方案。
* 确保渠道销售活动符合公司政策和合规要求。
* 及时向上级汇报销售进展、市场信息和渠道问题。
任职资格
* 本科及以上学历,市场营销、生物医学工程、医学相关或商业管理等相关专业优先。
* 3年以上医疗设备或相关行业销售经验,具备渠道销售经验者优先。
* 熟悉医疗行业销售模式和渠道运作,具备良好的市场分析和洞察能力。
* 出色的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,能够与不同背景的渠道伙伴建立并维护良好关系。
* 具备结果导向思维,能够承受销售压力并积极主动地完成销售目标。
* 熟练使用办公软件,如MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。
* 良好的英语读写能力,能够进行日常工作沟通。
* 适应出差。
