Summary:
Seeking an AWS AI / LLM Engineer to build and support AI-powered troubleshooting and reporting solutions on Amazon Web Services. This role focuses on using large language models (LLMs) via Bedrock, serverless APIs, and automation to analyze process errors, generate insights, and provide recommendations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build AI-powered solutions for automated troubleshooting and reporting
- Develop serverless APIs using Lambda to integrate LLM capabilities into applications
- Use Bedrock-hosted LLMs to analyze logs, errors, and operational data
- Generate AI-driven summaries, insights, and suggestions from system data
- Support deployment, monitoring, and reliability of AI workflows

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS AI Services, Python (Programming Language), React.js, AWS Application Integration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3)
- Experience working with LLMs via Bedrock or similar platforms
- Python for API development and AI integration
- Understanding of prompt design and response handling for LLMs
- Basic knowledge of IAM and secure API design
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools

Good to Have
Experience designing AI-powered support or diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices
- Step Functions for AI workflow orchestration
- Experience building internal AI copilots or reporting assistants
- Exposure to responsible AI and data privacy practices

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS AI Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
