Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you work to align technology with business needs, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Design, develop, test, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere. Analyze and document current business processes to identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical RPA solutions. Develop reusable automation components and frameworks that ensure scalability and maintainability. Monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing bots in production, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues. Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA design, coding standards, and governance models. Provide technical documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Additional Information: - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
