About This Role:
This role will lead CMI (Customer & Marketing Insights) within Rare Disease for International Markets and Internation Center of Excellence (ICoE). In the role you act as a Business Partner to key senior stakeholders ensuring business decision are informed by customer and market insights. Within this lies responsibility for business forecasting with the Regional business areas, as well as generating deep product and market development understanding through customer journey insights, competitor insights, and other sources of relevant insights. This role will require close collaboration with key stakeholders including iCoE team members and prioritized markets, presented in a compelling a meaningful way for the business to consume. Drive innovation by bringing all relevant data sources together using innovative solutions for making a clear understanding of the link between business execution efforts and successful business outcomes.
