Job Summary
Collaborates with interdisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care, utilizing the nursing process. Provides professional nursing care to patients, conducts nursing assessments, assists with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records. MHHS hires RNs based on years of experience groupings (i.e. newly licensed RN [working under the supervision of RN clinical preceptor], less than 1 year, 1-3 years, 3 to 10 and 10+).Memorial Hermann Northeast Wound Care unit is seeking an experienced RN to join their team! No New Grads! Must have 3 or more years of RN experience focused on wound care (WTA, Skin Champions participation, functioning as a skin/wound resource on nursing unit, etc.)
Work Hours: Mon- Fri/8a-4:30p
Holiday schedule rotation; No on call required
Highly prefer: HBO experience
Highly prefer Certification: CWOCN, CWON, CWCN, WCC, CWS

Our Inpatient Wound Care is a 245 bed unit. The nurse to patient ratio is dependent on number of patients and acuity.
