We are looking for :
Assists project team in the identification and analysis of a customer's business and technical requirements
Contributes to the support of 1-3 projects or customer initiatives
Tracking business processes, documents critical requirements, details, and solutions and communicates status to internal and customer teams
Troubleshoots, analyzes, documents and escalates issues to team lead as necessary
Configures, given specific direction, back-end settings for product, pricing plans, and related metadata values
Implements, given specific direction, limited UI changes to PC, Mac, mobile, tablet, and connected TV devices
Participates in SCRUM activities and standing meetings with customers and/or internal project teams when required
Builds a basic understanding of third-party integrations and is responsible for documentation or testing of those specific integrations
Tests and maintains applications/tools that integrate with customer systems
Regularly participates, contributes and coordinates with cross-functional teams from across the enterprise including: Operations, Product Management, User Experience, QA and Engineering support teams
Raises feature enhancement requests on behalf of supported customers or initiatives
Constructs, contributes and maintains (adding and removing items as necessary) a list of customer use cases for use in smoke/sanity testing along with full regression exercises
Performs validation of customer-specific use cases following major system updates including major quarterly updates, patches and hot-fixes
Operational support of live events during weekends through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting and fault resolution
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates with:
5-7 years of experience in consulting or software implementation environment contributing to project teams and meeting deadlines
5-7 years’ experience in customer facing role and knowledge of application software projects/programs with IT systems
5-7 years’ experience in Managed Services and/or Operational Support
Proven experience contributing to multiple work streams
Proven ability to leverage and apply knowledge of RESTful Web Services
Practical knowledge and understanding of relational databases and construction of SQL queries
Work flexible days/hours (Work on a weekend when required)
An interest in motorsport is a plus
