Job Summary

Internet connectivity is a rapidly evolving and hyper competitive space. The Consumer Internet Product team is focused on delivering a superior connectivity experience to residential customers through our network, hardware, and consumer facing feature set. The Consumer Internet Product team identifies new growth opportunities and disruptive business models for Xfinity Internet, driving ideas from ideation to execution. The primary scope of responsibility is supporting the full product lifecycle from initial strategy through go-to-market launch, and ongoing operational ownership. The team works closely with key stakeholders across the organization to own the end-to-end product life cycle. These key stakeholders include, but are not limited to, the competitive, marketing, finance, pricing & packaging, digital experiences, procurement, care, engineering, and sales teams.

This analyst role will assist in creating, launching, and managing internet products. Responsibilities include supporting strategic vision and road map creation, defining requirements for individual products, and partnering with stakeholders to bring these products to life. We're looking for self-starters who have the desire to learn, have excellent work ethic, and thrive in challenging environments. This individual will report to the Director of Product Management.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the organization to develop products including business cases, technical feasibility assessments, consumer value propositions, business requirements, go-to-market strategies, and competitive responses.
  • Conduct in depth analysis, including collecting and synthesizing both internal and external data, to support strategic recommendations and business decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally to plan and execute multiple projects, define requirements, and resolve operational issues.
  • Work with product leaders to drive progress in the face of ambiguity or uncertainty
  • Ability to think logically and clearly communicate complex information in a structured, concise, and simple way that is easy to digest.
  • Desire to become an excellent storyteller using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-centric mind set grounded in a desire to learn and grow
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent team-work and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills
  • Customer-obsession; prior roles with a focus on creating, defining, & advocating for customer value
  • Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and emerging strategies
  • Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel and strong PowerPoint/Keynote experience
