  • Report at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance, according to the associate handbook.
  • Be able to work as a shift which is assigned by Suite Operation Supervisor.
  • Taking as an important issue that while providing the service into the guests room, Honesty, royalty with company and guests are always in mind.
  • To have a complete knowledge of the Club Residence’s Product, including room types, Number of apartments, and facilities.
  • To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all Club Residence’s departments.
  • Collect daily worksheets, In house guests list including with expecting arrival Guest list.
  • Ensure all relative information is recognized on worksheet room status, VIP’s both Registered and arrivals and attend housekeeping morning meeting.
  • Ensure that using the cleaning chemical and machine matching with necessary working area.
  • Good knowledge of the guests amenity set up in the Guests room.
  • Know well of how to make up the Member room which is base on the company standard and policy.
  • Reporting immediately to Supervisor for Lost and Found of the member when found.
  • Maintain the floor storage room is in a neat and tidy status.
  • Collect Master Keys from LP each morning when entering the entrance.  All keys are to be signed in and out .
  • Ensure floor storage are stocked to correct par levels.
  • Lock floor storages at all time and do not leave any equipment in front of the storages.
  • Report any damage or lost items in guest room to Suite Operation Supervisor
  • Record and report immediately of any room discrepancy.
  • Updating the guests room status immediately after the service.
  • Know well of how to use the electronic machine for cleaning.
  • Has a full understanding of set up in the guests room, such as amenity, kitchen ware and stationary and all other necessary supply.
  • Working closely with Suite Operation  Supervisor for the smooth running of Service Operation.
  • Attending a training session  as required , and also be able to join the Department Monthly Meeting as required too.
  • Well understand of Club Residence policies and procedures including with  House Rules.
  • Report health/safety and security hazards to Suite Operation  Supervisor or LP
  • Ensure that working area and Break Out Room are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Well understand and be able to demonstrate of how to operate for all electronic provided in each apartment ie. Washing Machine, Brower, Iron and Board, Coffee maker, Toaster, Electric Stove.
  • Keep an eye on and learning for the maintenance procedure in working area for working assets. ie, Vacuum Machine, 
  • Checking stock for all office suppliers including guests stationery, and make sure that it is balance for the par stock and making a report to Lounge Service Supervisor to re-order once more stock is needed.
  • Taking as an important issue in handling with Member’s room Key and Elevator Key ( Please refer to Room Key’s Procedure and Elevator Key’s procedure )
  • Taking as a commitment with the company that all associates will keep a personal data of our Club Residence Members as a confidential.
  • Always showing an active & enthusiastic appearance to our members once requires and always providing some options for any kind of recommendation.
  • Plus any others extra tasks which is related to the position that might be assigned by the Club Residence later.
  • Perform tasks as required by management.
  • Be able to complete the daily minimum task assigned by supervisor, ie. Each working  day to complete of 12 Credit of  Guest room cleaning.
  • Always be careful not make any excessive noise in guestroom areas. This applied to all time of the day or night.
