Are you looking for your next opportunity sales support?
This role will support multiple stakeholder groups within the AEM Region, primarily the Sales & CRM Teams in all day to day and project administrative aspects, as well as being responsible for supporting deals and sales administration.
About the Role:
In the role of AEM Deal Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Sales & GTM Support.
Identifying sales process improvements and support roll out of sales tools.
Sales training for new hire & existing in AEM countries/regions on internal systems and processes, as well as partnering with other member s of the AEM Deal Support Team to support the greater AEM region.
Hosting refresher training sessions as well as support drop in sessions to drive Salesforce usage and best practice.
Supporting the GTM initiatives for new and latest enhancements.
Providing support to AEM internal stakeholders, via requests that come into the AEM Deal Support channel. Support requests to be managed through GSI Cases and tracked via reports and dashboard.
Supporting End to End process within Salesforce GSI and reporting and system or process issues using agreed reporting framework.
Reporting.
Maintain clarity and transparency of AEM Deal Support requests.
Maintain accurate system issue logs.
Administration / Contract processing.
Manage post contracting processing, from distributing to relevant departments, handling of hard and soft copies, maintaining accurate databases and others relevant duties.
Managing and assist termination of contracts from clients, from procedures to reporting.
Ensuring sales documentation and flows are properly documented, filed and communicated to respective departments.
Publishing and maintaining documentation within internal publishing platform.

About You:
You’re a fit for the role AEM Deal Support if your background includes:
Experience in sales admin, deal support or sales operations roles.
Working Knowledge of Salesforce – Sales end to end knowledge is essential to be able to support the process within Salesforce.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex client issues, improving service offerings.
Adobe editing.
MS Office.
The role requires the candidate to work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST.
Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation)
English as primary language.
Organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast paced work environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and make appropriate decisions based on knowledge of business objectives.
Experience in presenting to small to medium sized groups, both in person and virtually.
Confidence in using latest technology to engage internal stakeholders.
