In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of custom software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The role includes setting standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance, while fostering collaboration among team members to deliver robust and efficient software solutions that align with business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project deliveries.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to enterprise resource planning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
