Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Product Support Manager 1 to join our Technical Publications team within our Aircraft Solutions organization. This will be based in Palmdale, CA.
This role involves establishing processes and procedures, analyzing and implementing execution strategies, prioritizing requirements, and serving as a liaison with customer and government personnel. As a Product Support Manager, you will undertake both functional leadership and program execution responsibilities. You will be instrumental in guiding the Technical Publications team to fulfill their statement of work. You will be consulting and prioritizing program priorities related to technical data, chairing and briefing various review boards and senior leadership meetings. You will also be liaising across multiple functions, including customers, peer functional organizations, and other internal Northrop Grumman stakeholders. You will need to possess a comprehensive skillset that balances interpersonal, programmatic, personnel development, and technical capabilities. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to lead complex initiatives and large teams with minimal direction while achieving significant results. You will need to have familiarity and understanding of military Technical Order Systems, Life Cycles, and Technical Manuals. you will also need to have advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and SharePoint.
