IAM Scrum Master / Project Manager Job Description

Responsibilities/Qualifications for IAM Scrum Master / Project Manager

  • Primary responsibility: IAM Scrum Master
  • Secondary responsibility: IAM Project Manager
  • IAM Scrum Master will be expected to lead the Scrum Calls and PI planning. This individual will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching teams through Agile methodologies.
  • As secondary responsibility, the individual will also be responsible to manage IAM projects defining scope, managing project plans, coordinating with external teams, keeping track of progress and ensuring the projects run as per planned timeline.
  • Must be well versed with Jira and Jira align, Creating Sprints, Stories and creating kanban reports in JIA.
  • Coach the teams on how to best use Agile principles/frameworks and effectively leverages appropriate best practices
  • Act as Scrum Master for assigned Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies such as, sprint planning, backlog grooming, dependency management, stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Manage Sprints - keeping order, process, delivery, priorities accurate and on time
  • Ensures development stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and all related documentation are timely and complete, supporting development, testing, and user acceptance activities
  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other team members to understand the expected product functionality and customer requirements.
  • Help remove team impediments, and track and maintain metrics for information radiators
  • Experience with IAM stack, Agile and Scrum methodology, JIRA/JIRA Align tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

·       6-8 years of experience in in Agile and Scrum technologies, JIRA/JIRA Align tools

·       Good understanding of IAM concepts Identity, Access Management, Privilege Access Management and Identity governance

·       Clear and accurate in the, and provides useful feedback

·       Strong team-oriented of people and roles.

·       Ability to work across multiple team settings and collaborate in the deployment of IAM technologies and processes.
