We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Mandibular Advancement Device) to join our Sales team in Sweden.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • The primary role of Account Management function is to develop and maintain relationships with the assigned customers and accounts for a location, region or division. Key deliverables include acting as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues representing delivery of all services to the customer. Identifying new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts. Working with new and existing distributors on sales plans and be responsible for the implementation. Take corrective actions to achieve sales targets. Work with multiple data sources to forecast, track and performance in line with business goals.
  • Key Responsibilities include: developing new accounts through account conversions and/or expansions of existing accounts within an established geographical region. 
  • Convert target customers and expanding Resmed opportunities within assigned accounts. To begin with, main targets cover dental practitioners and laboratories as well as sleep prescribers. 
  • Plan and execute sales strategies with specialists to grow revenue and solutions adoption. 
  • Regularly use the CRM solutions to drive the sales process according to Company policy. 
  • Take Resmed products and services to external customers or groups of customers and enter into commercial negotiations and networking for purchase and supply. 
  • Require knowledge of Resmed offerings and customer needs. 
  • Receive little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. 
  • Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. 
  • Work closely with the revenue team and other important functions to manage the tender process for designated customers. 
  • Participate in promotional events at regional and national training courses, workshops and conferences. Travel will be required.  

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • You have a recent background in sales with at least 10 years' experience in the medical field. 
  • Significant knowledge of the dental sector and the sleep sector. 
  • You have the ability to work in cross-functional roles and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.   
  • You are able to influence customers, prescribers and key opinion leaders by proposing solutions that meet market needs while supporting strategic objectives. 
  • Professional English and fluent Swedish required.  

Preferred:

  • Minimum: 2 years of higher education (business studies). 
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
