Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through complex challenges, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in software development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Rulestream. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with software configuration management tools. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance team collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens Rulestream. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
