Job Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to company policies and SOP requirements.

• Establish effective working relationships with supervisory and non-supervisory employees in the casino and other functional and support departments.

• Meet with vendors and establish external contacts with vendor’s salesman related to buyer’s assigned area of products, services or specific department.

• Ensure that vendors in assigned area of products, services or specific departments meet established delivery dates at the lowest possible price with required quality and quantity.

• Participate in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports on purchasing spend activity.

• Resolve all problems associated with satisfying and fulfilling purchasing requests in assigned areas of products, services or specific departments.

Job Requirements:

• Working Experience: No need work experience to Purchasing, but attention to details and analytical skills are required (Hospitality industry preferred).

• Educational Level: High school graduate or above.

• Language/Computer Skill: Good working knowledge of PC computer software. (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

• Flexibility Schedule: Flexible to work on normal weekdays.

• Other Requirements: Ability to be flexible and be multi-tasked, organization skills to function effectively with attention to details while meeting established deadlines.
