As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of high-value strategic customers, ensuring they continuously increase their investment in Fourthline’s solutions. 

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager / lifecycle AE, who is a commercially-driven, revenue-minded professional, and who thrives on identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and driving customer expansion. You should be comfortable leading commercial discussions, closing upsell opportunities, and ensuring account growth—all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact): 

  • Own and grow revenue within a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers. 
  • End-to-end account management for that portfolio, where you are responsible for all stakeholder management  
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, and expansion) within existing accounts. 
  • Manage commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract expansions, ensuring long-term customer growth. 
  • Proactively identify and pitch new use cases to deepen customer adoption and drive revenue expansion. 
  • Lead high-stakes QBRs and strategy sessions with senior decision-makers, positioning Fourthline as an essential partner. 
  • Close deals in collaboration with Sales & Legal teams, ensuring a smooth commercial process. 
  • Build strong relationships at the C-level, becoming a trusted strategic advisor for our customers. 
  • Monitor account health and proactively mitigate churn risks—but always with a commercial mindset. 
  • Drive advocacy & referrals, leveraging customer satisfaction to generate warm inbound opportunities. 
  • Continuously optimize processes to scale revenue growth across enterprise accounts. 
  • Coach and mentor junior CSMs to develop their commercial skills. 

Who You Are (Your DNA): 

  • A commercially driven Customer Success leader – You don’t just maintain accounts—you grow them. 
  • Proven sales experience – You’ve carried a quota, closed deals, and negotiated high-value contracts. 
  • Enterprise-level commercial acumen – You know how to sell into complex organizations, work with multiple stakeholders, and navigate long sales cycles. 
  • Strategic & consultative approach – You can identify pain points, pitch solutions, and drive executive buy-in. 
  • Confident in high-pressure commercial conversations – You thrive on negotiation and deal-making. 
  • Comfortable with data – You use insights to drive expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks. 
  • SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech experience – You understand technology-driven solutions and their value in financial services. 
  • Fluent in English (Dutch, French, or German is a plus). 
  • Willing to travel within the EU to meet enterprise customers face-to-face.
