Commercial and Financial Discussions:
Engage in commercial (physical) and finance discussions with third parties regarding new acquisitions, financing, supply, and offtake deals.
Partnerships and Alliances:
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with terms.
Risk and Deal Management:
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments for potential business opportunities
Monitor and manage physical risks and deals, ensuring all transactions align with the company's risk management policies.
Documentation Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of contractual documents for new deals, including term sheets and definitive documents, in collaboration with finance and legal teams.
