Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of business requirements documentation such as user stories, process flows, and basic requirement artifacts
  • Support process modeling and analysis activities, including identifying gaps between current and future state
  • Help document business processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather and clarify requirements
  • Contribute to data mapping and analysis tasks under guidance
  • Assist in preparing materials that support business case development, including identifying potential benefits or efficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Currently taking up bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related courses
  • Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, requirements gathering, and documentation
