Job Description
The Investor Services Director is responsible for all aspects of the Investor Services and Transfer Agency processes and is charged with providing a first rate service to clients. This role contributes to the development and implementation of system, procedural and operational enhancements and as such requires a solid understanding of service requirements and Hedge Fund Administration.
The Investor Services Director will be required to execute the following tasks. They shall be executed under the supervision and guidance of a Managing Director. The Director will receive the requisite Induction Training in addition to both compulsory training (AML/KYC) and optional training. Additional client-specific and industry training may be provided by the Managing Director.

The Investor Services Director should be capable of servicing multiple clients with various requirements and deadlines.
Pre-requisite knowledge, skills and experience
Education: Min. 2.2 honors degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business.
