Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented professional for end-to-end systems setup and onboarding of customer contracts. Serves as subject matter expert for upstream/downstream business units as well as internal team members. Completes upfront analysis for all contracts to ensure compliance and requirements checks are complete and customer/opportunity is ready for implementation. Core Responsibilities
Processing Enterprise Sales contracts by setting up all Enterprise Systems/onboarding requirements and handing off sites/projects to Service Delivery. (ESSS)
Responsible for end to end process of onboarding customers into systems.
Validate and ensure accuracy for timely handoff.
Works with internal stakeholders to correct contracts/documentation before implementation into systems.
Work cross functionally with customer and technical support teams to manage escalations and ensure timely and accurate resolution within defined Service Level Agreements
Performs general root cause analysis for internal process gaps.
