Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented professional for end-to-end systems setup and onboarding of customer contracts. Serves as subject matter expert for upstream/downstream business units as well as internal team members. Completes upfront analysis for all contracts to ensure compliance and requirements checks are complete and customer/opportunity is ready for implementation. Responsible for accuracy of systems setup.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities 

  • Processing Enterprise Sales contracts by setting up all Enterprise Systems/onboarding requirements and handing off sites/projects to Service Delivery. (ESSS) 

  • Responsible for end to end process of onboarding customers into systems. 

  • Validate and ensure accuracy for timely handoff. 

  • Works with internal stakeholders to correct contracts/documentation before implementation into systems. 

  • Work cross functionally with customer and technical support teams to manage escalations and ensure timely and accurate resolution within defined Service Level Agreements 

  • Performs general root cause analysis for internal process gaps.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
