User Experience Design:
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, user journeys, and user flows to guide design solutions.

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides that promote consistency in design elements.
• Create infographics, icons, and other visual elements as needed
Required Qualifications
• Majored in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design processes.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into simple and intuitive design solutions.
• Proficiency in visual design principles and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Expertise in creating interactive prototypes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present and defend designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers.
• Present design solutions and prototypes to stakeholders, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Document design decisions and rationale for future reference.
• Track project progress and report updates to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required; additional language skills are a plus.
