In this role you will lead a product management organization that is responsible for developing and executing feature roadmaps for platform products that enable both the machine learning modeling lifecycle and new generative AI use cases. This work will support several areas across the enterprise including originations, account servicing and different types of fraud prevention. Your product portfolio will consist of products that are both developed in house and vendor provided. You will need to manage and evolve our process on user intake/demand management and roadmap development in partnership with Engineering and Program Management. Additionally, you will have responsibility to develop product go to market strategies, communicate product delivery expectations, and lead product status updates with senior leadership. You will need to nurture a culture of cross team collaboration, accountability and effective risk management across the organization. Your business partners will include leaders in the data platform, data science, risk, and compliance areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategy and roadmap for the decisioning area to deliver key capabilities supporting the various stages of the machine learning model lifecycle and new GenAI use cases

  • Build relationships with stakeholders, program management, and partnering product teams to solicit support and drive engagement to increase adoption of your products

  • Lead a team of Product Owners while helping to establish best practices for coaching and mentoring your team on product management competencies

  • Perform industry market analysis and lead stakeholder & customer interviews to aide in decision making regarding feature improvements and new feature developments

  • Manage daily operations of your organization, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelors degree Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics,, Statistics or related.

  • 8+ years of Product Management Or Engineering experience in Financial Services, Tech Industry, or related

  • 2+ years of People Management

  • In lieu of education, 10+ years of Product Management Or Engineering experience in Financial Services, Tech Industry or related

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  • 4+ years of product management or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with leveraging ML/AI to build large scale consumer products.

  • Proven experience in conceptualizing, defining, building, and releasing data products.

  • Results-oriented, with an attention to detail, and the ability to work at all levels within the organization.

  • Highly analytical and deep focus on using data to drive decisions.

  • Strong ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships.

  • Familiar and comfortable with agile development methodologies.

  • Agile Certification: Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $143,500.00 to $201,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
