This role focuses on ticket triage, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and leveraging data insights to resolve issues and optimize work delivery systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support workforce management processes and monitor work delivery systems for proper functioning. • Identify and report technical and operational issues to minimize user impact. • Collaborate with team members to improve detection and alerting systems. • Maintain and use tools and processes for reporting issues, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective. • Assign or escalate issues to appropriate teams or individuals for resolution. • Assist in refining processes for issue management, ensuring clarity and consistency. • Participate in the response to high-impact incidents, supporting timely communication and resolution. • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into issue trends. • Analyze data to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements. • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding issue management and resolution. • Communicate updates and known issues to relevant parties. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Fresh of grads of any IT courses (Python only)
• or
• At least 6 months of any IT experience (know-how PHP or Python, course based only)
