We are looking for an experienced and development-minded Senior Process Manager to join our team. You would be working in area of the Lead to Cash process with data, invoicing, and pricing-related development tasks. 

Posti Service Center (PSC) is group of professionals providing payroll, sales support and finance services to Posti Group and Business teams in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Finance development team is providing development for different parts of finance and business. Our team has eight members and is located in Finland and Estonia. 

We have the last phases of S/4HANA and SAP BRIM projects starting, so you will also be part of these project teams and play a key role in designing and developing solutions within SAP. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Develop and optimize the end-to-end Lead to Cash process. 
  • Design and implement efficient process solutions to enhance customer experience and operational performance within invoicing and pricing and ensuring accurate data for invoicing. 
  • Monitor process performance and analyze data for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and IT teams. 
  • Ensure proper process documentation and adherence to best practices. 
  • Participate to ongoing major projects  

 

What We Expect from You 

  • 5+ years of experience in working and developing SAP SD end-to-end processes.
  • Strong experience in SAP SD.
  • Willingness to learn and master SAP BRIM.
  • MM and other SAP module knowledge is seen as an advantage.
  • Strong experience in process management, particularly within the Lead to Cash domain.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies to automate and improve processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with S/4HANA and generally SAP systems.
  • Ability to understand SAP configuration is seen as an advantage.
  • Experience communicating with Off-shore AMS team is seen as an advantage.
  • Previous experience working in an international environment.
