JR52168 IMPORT/EXPORT COORDINATOR

As the Customs Clearance Associate, your major role is as stated below in the major responsibilities but not limit to that. Your work will be guided by project steps, work area or team objectives and you should follow broad instructions to solve problems of limited complexity and consults others to resolve complex problems

 

Major Responsibilities:
1. Work in customs clearance team to perform the daily import and export customs declaration
2. Interface with Xian authorities and bureaus on day-to-day equipment and product clearances
3. Related Certificate application for import and export clearance
4. Customs Handbook registration and maintenance supporting
5. Coordinate with customs officer for physical shipment inspection

6. Data input in system and document filing etc
7. OT work and Day time shift schedule to process import and export shipment

 

任职要求：
1. Colleague degree or above with verbal, writing communication skill of English
2. Minimum 2 years China custom clearance and handbook experience or fresh graduate with bachelor's degree(NCG)
3. Employment experience with MNCs in a similar function is preferable
4. Prior experience / knowledge in customs bonded process, Handbook and related system is preferable
5. Familiar with the MS software and SAP
