This position will report to the Director, Retail Marketing, Americas.
What you’ll do:
Drive Direct to Retail Marketing
Lead "always-on" marketing campaigns for key products, asset classes, educational resources such as the trading simulator and our monthly trading challenges.
Define objectives and KPIs for each campaign.
Be creative with campaign elements and embrace A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversion within campaign tactics
Collaborate with product and retail business teams as well as product marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging for retail
Partner with retail education team to ensure we have the right content to support campaigns
Work with the Retail Marketing Manager to ensure product messages and content are included in the retail communications & social strategy as well as aligned to the overall retail digital strategy.
Think beyond digital - campaigns are aimed to engage retail traders.
Manage campaign budgets.
Make Data-Driven Decisions:
Analyze campaign performance, leverage data insights, share results, and optimize engagement to support business growth.
Responsible for monthly campaign metrics and quarterly reporting.

What you bring to the table:
Experience: You have 3+ years of marketing experience and a track record of delivering strategies that drive meaningful, measurable results for the business.
Trader Mindset: You understand the vernacular, the risk tolerance and the overall unique persona of the active trader.
Data-Driven: You know how to analyze performance, A/B test ideas, and optimize campaigns to hit (and exceed) goals.
Project Management Powerhouse: You’re highly organized, juggle priorities with precision, and laser-focused on meeting deadlines.
Effective Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Passion for Trading: You’re curious, adaptable and excited to learn about the evolving world of retail trading and investing.
Additional Experience (preferred):
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency, prediction and/or derivatives markets
Experience marketing financial products
