ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
In this rewarding full-time or Part-time opportunity you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Administration Assistant in our Consulting Suites East Melbourne


Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited: 

  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain health records and ensure accurate documentation of patient information
  • Assist with medical billing and insurance claims processing
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and ensure optimal patient satisfaction
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying ect. as needed

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience with Genie medical software 
  • Prior experience working in a fast paced surgical practice
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to take direction
