Job Summary:

As a Sr. Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within CDK. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, manage resources, and drive project success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Program Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational objectives and deliver value.

  • Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing team assignments and project workloads to optimize performance.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance metrics, analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability (if applicable)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Aha! etc.).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, guiding them toward achieving project goals while fostering a positive work environment.

  • Excellent Communication: Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders verbally and in writing.

  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to align projects with organizational objectives, understanding the broader context and long-term implications of decisions.

  • Problem-solving ability: Skilled at identifying issues, analyzing data, and developing practical solutions to challenges during project execution.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely completion without sacrificing quality.

  • Analytical Skills: Competence in assessing project performance metrics, understanding data trends, and making informed decisions based on analysis.

  • Risk Management: Proficient in identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies, ensuring project stability.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients, promoting collaboration and trust.

  • Adaptability: Flexible in responding to changing priorities and unexpected challenges, focusing on project objectives.

  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established guidelines.

  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders and team members to achieve project goals and resolve conflicts.

  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to professional development, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $102,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
