Do you want to grow in an environment where challenges are complex, technologies are cutting-edge, and the impact of your work is tangible? Are you looking for an opportunity to help protect critical assets, influence strategic decisions, and collaborate with top-tier experts on a global scale?
At CAE, information security is at the core of our operations and the trust our customers place in us worldwide. As we continue to grow and transform technologically, we are seeking a Senior Technical Information Security Specialist recognized for their expertise, sound judgment, influence, and ability to navigate complex environments.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a highly strategic role where your technical credibility and ability to drive sound decisions will be just as important as your cybersecurity expertise.
As part of CAE’s Global Cybersecurity organization, you will serve as a trusted technical expert and strategic advisor to technology, business, and leadership teams across the enterprise.
You will help align business objectives, security requirements, regulatory obligations, and organizational risk management priorities. As an influential partner, you will guide technology decisions and provide recommendations to ensure the protection of the organization’s critical assets.
While the role does not include direct people management responsibilities, it requires strong leadership through influence within a highly matrixed environment involving multiple functions and stakeholders across the global organization.
You will support and advise managers, architects, technology teams, and project leaders to ensure that decisions are secure, practical, and aligned with business objectives. We are seeking a professional who can look beyond technology and exert meaningful influence in an environment where decisions have significant organizational impact.
The ideal candidate brings extensive cybersecurity experience and excels at building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They are comfortable advocating for their position when necessary, navigating competing priorities, and operating effectively in complex organizational environments that require diplomacy, sound judgment, and political awareness.
This individual is recognized for their professionalism, integrity, and ability to engage in candid, constructive conversations.
