Join our IT Delivery and Project Management Team!
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized professional to join our Technology Business & Operations team. This role will be coordinating and managing work across the Canadian Division Technology teams, in a matrixed environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, be able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership for their work and excellent prioritization skills.
Responsibilities:
Works with clients to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation of projects.
Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client business objectives.
Sets and tracks project achievements; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
Facilitates project cost estimation exercises.
Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks.
Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, collaborators, sponsors, and management.
Identifies resourcing needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
Identifies project issues that impact project delivery and raises concerns to management.
Manages multiple small and/or medium-sized projects ensuring project deliverables are met within budget and established targets.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to effectively apply project management methodologies.
College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Ability to build positive relationships within a matrix environment.
Experience working with project planning and tracking tools.
Experience using a defined project management and/or SDLC methodology.
Some knowledge of technology platforms and environments.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
Preferred attributes:
PMP certification.
Ability to think strategically, assess alternatives for short-and long-term impacts and act decisively.
Familiarity and/or experience with current cybersecurity and infrastructure challenges.
Familiarity and/or experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Familiarity and/or experience with Organizational Change Management principles.

Salary range is expected to be between
$74,270.00 CAD - $137,930.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact [email protected] for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
