A Day in the Life

Under the leadership of the Sr Program Manager, the Program Communications and Change Specialist creates and implements the communication plans for initiatives for Global Pricing & Contracting in close cooperation with business partners. The Communications and Change Specialist helps the entire organization, leaders, and employees navigate through critical change and transformation without disrupting business continuity by creating and implementing comprehensive communication plans.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans supporting Global Pricing & Contracting transformation initiatives.
  • Create communication toolkits, templates, playbooks, and materials for business lines, OU leadership, and commercial teams.
  • Partner with SMEs, Product Owners, and leaders to ensure messaging accurately reflects complex topics.
  • Proactively communicate upcoming changes in a clear, simple, and structured way to support adoption.
  • Coordinate across multiple programs and stakeholders to align messaging and ensure business continuity during change.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in program communications, change management, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, business-friendly messaging
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strategic thinking capability
