Role Overview:
Collins Aerospace is seeking a talented Senior Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of Systems and Software engineers on their quest to integrate modern mission sensor and weapons systems for the war fighter. This team works in a collaborative environment and performs activities including: requirements definition and analysis, design, development, integration, test, verification, validation, and certification of software products within our Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS) and Flight2 Architectures. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of systems and software development practices, Agile development methodologies, military/commercial certification, and experience leading execution teams.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
