Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.

LOB Specific Description: 
This job is responsible for leading operations of a highly complex environment, connecting with line of business partners to grow the business responsibly while driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include building and executing business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with line of business stakeholders. Job expectations include developing a cross-channel experience that delivers exceptional client care while innovating cross channel development, managing key performance indicators, and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners

  • Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business

  • Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives

  • Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes

  • Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives

  • Partners with and influences senior leaders on strategic priorities

  • Champions organizational vision and values executing consistently to drive business results 

  • Manages competing business and administrative priorities to optimize productivity, reduce performance variability, and achieve peak performance while influences key partners with a focus on relationship building to achieve desired business results

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives

  • Financial Center leadership experience or equivalent

  • Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners/executives 

  • Communicates strategic business plans and tactical goals to team members 

  • Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Collaborates effectively to build and nurture strong relationships in a matrix environment 

  • Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances. 

  • Demonstrates effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Experience with risk mitigation, operational excellence and process management 

 
Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience coordinating and leading across multiple teams and organizations 

  • Track record of success working in an environment with individual and/or team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded 

  • Previous experience in a highly matrixed financial industry

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$117,500.00 - $185,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
