The opportunity:
Podium is on the search for an outstanding Sales Development Team Lead to co-manage and grow a key division of our fast-growing SDR organisation in Melbourne.
You will play a critical role within our sales org; coaching, developing and inspiring a high-performing group of outbound SDR’s. You will recruit and hire A-players for your team, helping the division grow and scale throughout 2024 and beyond. Also holding strategy development responsibilities, you will play a truly influential role in driving the success and growth of our overall Australian office.
