We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to become a vital part of our dynamic Internal Sales team based in Richlands.

You’ll provide expert technical sales support, product knowledge, and ensure our customers continue to choose us as their trusted supplier.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support and customer assistance.  

• Support general branch operations and handle administrative tasks.  

• Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone and email, addressing product inquiries, pricing, orders, stock availability, delivery, and account questions.  

• Assist with picking and packing orders as needed.  

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude, with hydraulic knowledge a strong advantage.
• Proven customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A collaborative team player ready to support colleagues across the branch.
