Information Technology Engineer III – Network Operations Center (NOC)

As an Information Technology Analyst III, you will be responsible for the continual development of the NOC.  Utilizing our IT Infrastructure Monitoring tool to monitor, analyze and report on Event Management.  You will also ensure the performance, integrity and reliability of system components.  In addition you will determine user specifications for reporting and project needs and work independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated and specialty technology.

“May require occasional on-site presence; therefore, should live within a commutable distance.  No relocation assistance available.”

This is a Hybrid position that will require travel to Clifton, NJ and Piscataway, NJ and Data Center Midtown Corporate Center. 

3 positions available.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or 10 Years experience
  • Experience with LogicMonitor, Nagios, Dynatrace or similar IT Infrastructure Monitoring Tool
  • LogicMonitor Certified Associate (LMCA) Certification
  • LogicMonitor Certified Professional (LMCP) Certification
  • Working knowledge of Service Now

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related discipline or 5+ years of related work experience
  • 5 or more years of related work experience

$90,000-$141,500/Annual
