Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Business Partnering & HR Operations

  • Serve as HR point of contact for leaders across support functions (Finance, IT, Legal, etc.)
  • Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, succession, and performance management
  • Coach managers on people leadership, engagement, employee practices, and change management
  • Lead annual HR cycles (goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration, compensation planning) for supported functions
  • Partner with TA on role scoping, interview plans, and candidate experience for support functions
  • Monitor time-to-hire and onboarding quality; implement improvements with TA and hiring managers
  • Provide regular reports on headcount, attrition, mobility, engagement survey results, ER case metrics, and ERN participation
  • Use data to identify trends and recommend actions to leaders

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee relations cases end-to-end: intake, investigation coordination, documentation, resolution, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements; partner with Legal as needed
  • Monitor HR risk indicators and implement corrective actions and training

Employee Communications

  • Build and execute internal communications plans for HR initiatives, policy changes, and culture programs
  • Develop content (emails, town hall decks, intranet pages, FAQs) and manage comms channels (Teams/Slack, newsletters, HR portals)
  • Partner with leadership to craft clear, consistent messages; measure open rates, engagement, and feedback

ERN/ERG Engagement

  • Coordinate ERN programming and governance (charters, budgets, leadership councils)
  • Plan events, campaigns, and volunteer initiatives aligned to DEI and business priorities
  • Track participation, impact metrics, and share outcomes with stakeholders; amplify ERN storytelling across internal channels
