This Outpatient Pharmacist role, based at Twinsburg Family Health Center with floating responsibilities across Main Campus, East, West, and Southside, offers the opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative and supportive pharmacy team. The caregiver will work alongside Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacists, and clinical partners to provide medication verification, prescription filling, patient counseling, vaccinations, and customer service. Caregivers in this role value the strong team culture, variety of practice settings, and shared commitment to patient-centered care.
This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling. A caregiver in this role will work a minimum of two shifts per month, though the ideal candidate will be available for approximately 2–3 shifts per week. Shifts may start as early as 7:00am or end as late as 8:00pm, with optional weekend opportunities. No weekend or holiday requirements.
