Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary:
As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, documenting security controls, and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in discussions to refine security strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards, all while adapting to the evolving landscape of cloud technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented security measures.
Application Onboarding:
Integrate applications into SailPoint IDN/ISC using connectors like SCIM, REST, JDBC, and Flat Files.
Configure and manage provisioning, access certification, and lifecycle management.
Perform detailed application analysis to determine integration feasibility.
-Virtual Appliance (VA) Management:
Install, configure, and maintain SailPoint Virtual Appliances for application connectivity.
Monitor VA health and troubleshoot connection issues.
Apply updates and patches to ensure optimal performance.
-Role Management:
Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models.
Develop and manage role hierarchy and policy configurations.
Perform role mining, optimization, and certification.
-Administration and Operations:
Configure governance features like certifications, policies, and risk-based access.
Maintain and troubleshoot operational issues in SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC.
Monitor audit logs and ensure compliance with security standards.
-Workflow Development:
Design and implement advanced workflows to automate identity processes.
Develop rules, scripts, and transformations to meet custom business requirements.
Test and deploy workflows, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
-API Development and Integration:
Develop and test APIs using platforms like Postman for integrating SailPoint with third-party systems.
Customize connectors and APIs for unique organizational needs.
Securely manage secrets and credentials during API interactions.
-Script and Rule Development:
Write and maintain custom scripts for advanced configurations.
Build transformation rules and filters to streamline attribute mapping.
Experience with Java Bean Shell JavaScript JSP Servlets SQL PowerShell and XML
-Governance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
Implement policies to mitigate access risks and audit findings.
Provide evidence for access reviews and certifications.
-Reporting and Monitoring:
Configure and generate reports to provide insights into identity activities.
Leverage monitoring tools to track usage and performance.
Troubleshoot issues using audit logs and system dashboards.
-Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with business teams, IT security, and external vendors for onboarding and enhancements.
Act as the SME for SailPoint IDN/ISC in cross-functional projects.
Deliver training and documentation for administrators and end users.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
- Experience with identity governance and administration solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Ability to analyze security incidents and develop mitigation strategies.
-Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC (3+ years).
-Proficiency in API development and testing using Postman.
-Strong beanshell scripting skills.
-Knowledge of IAM principles, including SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
-Effective communication to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer (IDN-specific).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
